What do I need when I pick up my currency from a ChangeGroup store?

To collect travel currency from one of our stores, you need to present a valid ID document (approved Swedish ID documents or passport. The Swedish Migration Agency's issued LMA card is not accepted as valid identification.

Pick-up is only possible during the opening hours of the selected store (you will receive the details when ordering and they are also available on our website). Remember to reserve your travel currency in good time before departure.
