Need to pay a bill? We can help! With ChangeGroup you can easily pay bills in cash or with a debit/credit card at any of our 24 branches in Sweden and get a personalised, face to face customer support. In response to banks closing down their branches and going cashless, we decided to launch our bill payment service to help you manage cash and get offline assistance with your transactions wherever you are in Sweden!

How does it work?
1. Come to the branch
Remember to bring your bill, payment method and ID with you.
2. Fill out a form and pay
You can choose to pay your bill with cash or credit/debit card.
3. Get a receipt
Your payment will reach the designated account within 2-3 working days.
Some information to keep in mind about the Bill Payment service (T&C’s)
- You can pay bills from 70 SEK up to 5000 SEK and 1.4% over
- Both cash and credit/debit cards are accepted as a payment method
- You need to bring your ID with you. ID is required for every service and transaction at ChangeGroup.
- Bring your bill with you or have it on the phone and then write the payment information on a form provided by ChangeGroup.
- Payments to any Swedish account/PostGiro/BankGiro accounts are accepted.
- Payments will reach the designed account in 2-3 working days.
