What do I need when collecting my currency from a ChangeGroup branch?

To pick up your currency order from one of our branches, you need to present a valid ID document (approved Swedish ID documents or Passport. LMA cards issued by the Swedish Migration Agency are not accepted as valid identification.)

Collection is only possible during opening hours of the selected branch (you will receive the information of the opening hours when ordering and they are also available on our website).
