How do I order currency online?

You can order your travel money online simply by following these easy steps:

1. Select your destination currency and enter the amount you would like to order, either in Euros or in the foreign currency. You can also add BuyBack Protection to your shopping basket if preferred.

2. Select if you would like insured postal delivery or to collect your order from a ChangeGroup branch. If you have chosen to collect your currency from a ChangeGroup branch, please select your location and collection date.

3. Carefully enter your address & contact details and make payment online, either via your credit/debit card, or by using your bank’s online payment mechanism.

4. You will receive a order confirmation. When the order is ready for pick-up, you will receive a delivery confirmation email.

5. Pick up your order from a ChangeGroup branch or from a Post office.
